You can choose your instructor (time/date based on availability).

Note: Matt McBride of the Cleveland Indians will only be available through early

February (before he heads back to spring training).

Video Analysis is available with lessons (optional feature)

30-minute lesson with video analysis is $70

60-minute lesson with video analysis is $110

Video analysis is with the Sports Motion equipment which shoots at 60 frames per second.
