The Fall Workout is a proven program to instruct baseball players of all ages and abilities with a 90 min camp one time per week for 4 weeks per month throughout the months of October - November. Participants will get instruction on Hitting, Pitching/Throwing Mechanics, and Fielding during each practice. Players have the option to sign up for each month singularly, or sign up for both months and receive a 10% discount.
