The Winter Workout is a proven program to instruct baseball players of all ages and abilities with a 90 min camp one time per week for 4 weeks per month throughout the months of December - March. Participants will get instruction on Hitting, Pitching/Throwing Mechanics, and Fielding during each practice. Players have the option to sign up for each month singularly, or sign up for all four months and receive a 10% discount.
